Cool Shopping for an EDGE until I drove the XT5!

Hey Forum - I think I might like to join your club...

Be nice - I was off to purchase a newer Edge Titanium for my wife who had one a few years back and loved it...then we saw an XT5 on the lot and took it for a spin. ****. Easy to like! I haven't purchased yet, just because I like to do a little research first.

Looking at 2017 Premium Luxury FWD OR AWD. If any of you lifers have any pointers, things I should look into etc, I'd love to hear from you. As it stands, I like what I've seen thusfar after a couple of hours of reading reviews. (Currently own two other Caddy's, an SRX and a STS-4 along with an F150- Plans for this XT5 would probably be 4-6k miles per year of mostly city driving with an occasional longer trip.

I'm guessing I'm going to be hanging out here as an owner pretty soon unless you can convince me I should run now...

Bought our ‘19 Premium Luxury for my wife who loves it. Lots of features...we call it her spaceship. Love the strong V6. Handles very well and great compromise between ride and handling with those 20” wheels (bigger wheels tend to ride rougher with any vehicle). Quality in all materials is evident rather than vehicles with higher level trim of run-of-the-mill brands. Only two gripes: no automatic emergency braking (part of an option package we don’t have), and the ventilated seats could be stronger (important here in Phoenix with leather if one parks outside in sun at work all day long).
